Nick Laudato
Nick Laudato
Nick is an experienced instructional and information technologist with expertise in information systems design, development, and management, strategic IT planning, instructional design and development, and ICT accessibility. Nick earned his BS degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. Nick originally founded LTS in 1999.
Joe Laudato
Joe Laudato
Joe is an experienced programmer and web designer, with expertise in WordPress, CSS, virtual environments, and multimedia applications. Joe earned his BS degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Joe took over the reins of Laudato Technology Solutions in 2021.
Lauren Laudato
Lauren Laudato
Lauren is an expert instructional designer, instructional technologist, trainer, and virtual event planner with experience in both higher education and the corporate environment. Lauren earned her bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree from Duquesne University.
Dennis DeSantis
Dennis DeSantis
Denny is a nationally recognized expert in business process analysis and reengineering and an accomplished higher education administrator and author in student financial services. Denny earned his BA from Villanova University and MS at the University of Pittsburgh, where he teaches as an adjunct professor in the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.

Barbara Frey
Barbara is an experienced instructional designer and faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh, Penn State University, and Colorado State University. Barbara is a leading advocate and trainer in Quality Matters and in accessibility. Barbara earned a BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an MEd from the University of Pittsburgh, and an EdD from Penn State.

Patrick is an expert systems analyst and programmer with significant experience in database administration, application development, and clinical workflow applications. Patrick earned a BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Joanne is a highly respected instructional designer and curriculum planner. She is expert in needs assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs, curriculum design, and development of distance education courses and programs. Joanne earned a BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and MEd and PhD degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.

Rich is an expert instructional and information technology professional with expertise in learning management systems, testing systems, database management systems, and IT management. Rich earned his baccalaureate degrees from Penn State University and the University of Pittsburgh, and an MS degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Meghan Solomon
Meghan is an experienced instructional designer, instructor, and trainer with significant expertise in learning management systems and in Quality Matters. Meghan earned BS and MS degrees from Bucknell University and her doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.
Tom Thomas
Tom Thomas
Tom is a highly experienced IT professional and former CIO, information systems manager, and senior computer systems analyst. He has managed several state-wide information systems with budgets exceeding $60 million annually. He has supervised teams of systems analysts, computer programmers, and IT consultants and contractors and has conducted procurement and RFP activities for multimillion dollar systems. Tom earned his BS from Point Park University and MBA from Amberton University.
